AAP mp Sushil Kumar Rinku joined the JP on Wednesday. His joining is surprising because aam aadmi party had given him the lok sabha ticket from jalandhar from where he is currently the MP. Sushil Kumar Rinku was in congress before AAP but changed sides after losing the legislative elections. He has changed sides for the second time within a year. Sushil Kumar Rinku started his political career with congress but after losing the assembly elections in 2022, he left it and joined AAP. Sushil Kumar said in BJP's press conference, "I have only one aim that the way the state adjoining punjab is progressing in the country, the country is progressing. There is a shortage in Punjab. This deficiency is especially visible in the parliamentary constituency. We are far behind in development.'' Whereas, in response to the questions of journalists, Sushil Kumar said, ''I have taken this decision for the betterment, development and progress of Jalandhar. We will take jalandhar forward. We will bring all the central government projects to Jalandhar.
