PFA officer accused of threatening Elvish Yadav
In the case of use of snake venom by bigg boss OTT-2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav, the complainant PFA officer has said that his life is in danger. He filed a petition in the punjab and haryana high court saying, 'Through social media, he is being pressurized to withdraw the case and is also being threatened with death.' After hearing the petition of the PFA officer, the high court has ordered the police to file its reply within four weeks. punjab and haryana high court has fixed the next date for hearing on this issue on 18 april 2024.
According to the petitioner's lawyer Anirudh, 'Haryana's DGP, home Ministry, police Commissioner Gurugram and Badshahpur police station in-charge have been made parties in this case.' On Thursday, the PFA officer's petition was heard in the bench of Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi. On behalf of the victim, a petition was filed in the Gurugram court saying that Elvish Yadav has used a snake in one of his songs. This complaint was made by Gaurav Gupta, a welfare officer working in bjp mp Maneka Gandhi's organization people for Animals.
Elvish is accused of providing snake poison
Actually, a sting operation was conducted on Elvish Yadav. In the sting, they were organizing rave parties and providing venom from poisonous snakes. A complaint was given to noida police and action was demanded on this. Gaurav Gupta, welfare officer at people for Animals, had given a complaint to noida Police. Gaurav Gupta said in his complaint, 'He has come to know that YouTuber Elvish Yadav, in connivance with some people in the farm houses of NCR including noida, makes videos with snake venom and live snakes. Besides this, they organize rave parties illegally.
