In this case, independent mla ashish Sharma and rebel leader chaitanya Sharma's father Rakesh Sharma have been made accused. Both are accused of horse-trading and destabilizing the government. In this case, both the accused had recently taken anticipatory bail from Himachal High Court. The high court had asked both the accused to cooperate in the investigation. On Friday, the SIT formed in the case called both the accused for questioning, but both the accused did not reach the police station. Five lawyers reached the police station in place of these two accused. According to the information, the lawyers told the SIT that they could not come to the police station today due to blood pressure and stomach pain. himachal pradesh police will now also present a status report in this entire matter before the High Court.


The lawyers of the accused side were seen avoiding the media.


Apart from this, other dates have also been given for the accused to appear. When ABP news wanted to talk to the lawyers appearing on behalf of both the accused, they refused to talk.
