Union home minister amit shah has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party-Congress alliance in delhi for the lok sabha elections. He said that prime minister narendra modi will retain power by winning more than 400 seats. The home minister said that whether the Arvind Kejriwal-led party forms an alliance with the congress or merges with it, nothing is going to happen because even if zero and zero are added, it remains zero.

BJP had won all seven lok sabha seats in delhi in the 2019 and 2014 elections. Hitting back at the home Minister's statement, the aam aadmi party said that the people of delhi have repeatedly given priority to an "honest government". At a program organized by delhi Development Authority (DDA), amit shah met Lieutenant governor V.K. Along with Saxena, other development works including piped gas supply were started in 41 urbanized villages of Delhi.

Union home minister amit shah claimed, “There are two types of people in politics – those who do what they say and those who do the opposite. Both types of people are present in Delhi. On one side there is narendra modi and on the other side there is chief minister arvind kejriwal, who did not do anything as he (Kejriwal) said.

'AAP-Congress alliance will not succeed'

amit shah attacked chief minister arvind kejriwal over his alliance with AAP and congress for the lok sabha elections and claimed that their alliance will not be successful. Taking aim at the aam aadmi party, he said, “You have sat in the lap of congress, the same party which you had accused of corruption. You are accepting the corruption of Congress. You can form alliances, but prime minister Modi will retain power with more than 400 seats."
