Kumbh of tribals started, lakhs of tribal devotees in the program

The fair known as Kumbh of the tribals has started in Beneshwar, the biggest place of faith of the tribals across the country. In this, special types of events will start from this evening. This fair is being organized under the joint auspices of Tourism Department rajasthan and district Administration Dungarpur. The fair started on 20th february and will continue till 24th February. Lakhs of tribal people will reach in this and especially the tribals of rajasthan, Gujarat, madhya pradesh and Maharashtra. Know what the programs will be.

district collector Ankit Kumar Singh said that the Beneshwar Dham fair has a special cultural and folk importance in the entire country. local artists will present bhajans in the fair on february 22 from 7 pm. Presentations based on folk arts will be given by the Western Region Cultural Center and Tourism Department from 7 pm on 23rd and 24th February. Tribal sports, procession, tribal market, ger dance competition, Vagad Shri and Vagad ni Rupari, Safa Bandho competition, lamp donation and other activities will also be the center of attraction in the fair. An exhibition based on departmental schemes and programs will also be organized in the fair.

Non-contest on february 24

A non-competition will be organized at Beneshwar fair on 24th february under the joint aegis of district Administration, Tribal Regional Development Department, Nehru yuva Kendra, Dungarpur. The dancing steps amidst the sound of flute, drums and drums will be the center of attraction in the fair. district Youth Officer pradeep Kumar meena said that in non-dance, the first winner will be given a prize of Rs 11,000, the second will be given Rs 8,000 and the third will be given Rs 5,000. Each participating team will be given TA DA of Rs 5 thousand.
