Himachal CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu will answer in the assembly on 22 February
As per report the leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur said that what has been said in the Economic survey and Budget is far away from the reality. He said that the chief minister is dependent on the officials only. He said that the officials are trying to mislead the Chief Minister. Jairam Thakur said that the Chief Minister's art of lying is amazing. Earlier also he came to power by lying and is doing the same even now. There was no mention in the budget of the things that congress had said before coming to power. Jairam Thakur said that there is no feeling of happiness anywhere in the Sukhu budget. He said that this feeling of happiness is limited only to friends.
Meanwhile leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur took 1 hour 2 minutes and 50 seconds during the discussion on the budget. After this, with the permission of himachal pradesh Assembly Speaker kuldeep Singh Pathania, chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu also stood up to speak. chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur took so long to discuss the budget and the ruling party did not create any obstruction in it. In such a situation, his appeal is that the leader of Opposition should not create any disturbance while he is speaking.
Moreover chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that former leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur has said that at some places the payments of officers and contractors have not been completed. The leader of Opposition should write to him and prepare this list. He will definitely take action on this. chief minister Sukhwinder Singh will give a detailed reply on the budget on february 22. When former industry minister Bikram Singh raised a similar matter, the chief minister after raising the matter again in writing, said that action would be taken.
