Samrat Chaudhary said use of solar energy is being promoted

Between 2015-2016 to 2022-23, there has been a decline of 25 percent in primary education, 39.4 percent in higher education and 40 percent in secondary level. Gross domestic product has increased one and a half times.
Furthermore it was told that the budget of transport and communication is Rs 46,729 crore. For the first time in the country, caste census was conducted in Bihar. There is 4% educational reservation for disabled people. 94 lakh families are economically weak. It has been decided to give a maximum grant of Rs 2 lakh. A decision has been taken to provide subsidy on investment in tourism. For tourism, subsidy of up to 30 percent will be given on investment up to Rs 10 crore, maximum limit - 25 percent subsidy on investment of Rs 3 crore, Rs 50 crore and above. Along with this, the maximum subsidy was Rs 10 crore per day, now a provision of Rs 25 crore has been made.
