23 including CPI(ML) MLA Manoj Manzil sentenced to life imprisonment
Arrah court has sentenced 23 accused including cpi (ML) mla Manoj Manzil to life imprisonment. The court has given this important decision on tuesday (13 February). This verdict has been given in the case of murder of jai Prakash Singh in Badgaon, Bhojpur in august 2015. In this murder case, along with life imprisonment, a fine of Rs 25 thousand has also been imposed on the accused. Now Manoj Manzil's legislature is under threat.
In this murder case, this punishment has been given by Arrah Civil court ADJ 3. After getting the news of the MLA's punishment, hundreds of his supporters reached Ara Court. Along with this, Male mla from Tarari Sudama prasad also came to meet mla Manoj Manzil. In this matter, mla Manoj Manzil said that he has been implicated. There is a political conspiracy. We will appeal in the High Court.
What is the whole matter?
A week after the murder of ML leader Satish Yadav on august 20 in Bargaon of Azimabad police station area, a dead body was recovered from the canal bank near Berath bridge of Chauri police station area. After the body was recovered, it could not be identified. Later, during the post-mortem of the dead body at Ara Sadar Hospital, JP Singh's son Chandan identified him as his father. To confirm this, the police had sent the body to patna for FSL examination, the report of which is still awaited. Meanwhile, a case was registered against 24 named persons in this case on the statement of JP Singh's son.
