According to sources delhi cm arvind kejriwal has been ordered to appear in the court on 17 February. Rouse Avenue court has given this order. Rouse Avenue court gave its verdict on the petition filed by ED against cm Kejriwal's non-appearance despite five summons of ED in the delhi Excise Policy case. ACMM divya Malhotra gave this decision. While giving a petition in the court, ED had said that cm arvind kejriwal is a public servant and is not serving the summons being sent to him. cm kejriwal and his aam aadmi party have been calling the summons sent by ED as illegal. In such a situation, ED took this matter to the court and now this order has been issued.
Meanwhile AAP said that he is studying the notice of Rouse Avenue Court. Further steps will be taken as per law. aam aadmi party said that we will tell the court how all the summons of ED were illegal. The first summons was sent to cm kejriwal on 2 November. The second summons was sent on 21 December. The third summons was sent on 3 January. After this, the fourth summons was issued on 13 january and the fifth summons was issued on 31 January.
