Samrat Chaudhary statement- 'I am going to Delhi, this Chief Minister...'?
Deputy chief minister Samrat Chaudhary left for delhi yesterday (February 3). When Samrat Chaudhary was asked that the departments have been divided, now when will the cabinet be expanded, he said that the departments have been divided, when will the cabinet be expanded? This has to be decided by the Chief Minister. He said that the same committee in delhi finalizes the names of ministers. Currently I am going to Delhi. On being awarded Bharat Ratna to Lal krishna Advani, he said that I congratulate the prime minister of india on behalf of Bihar. This is a slap to those who oppose Ram.
Allocation of departments in the cabinet
Let us tell you that while allocating departments in the new cabinet on Saturday, bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar kept the home department with himself while the Finance department was given to the bharatiya janata party (BJP). According to a notification, apart from home, Kumar also holds key portfolios like cabinet Secretariat, Elections, Vigilance, General Administration. Also, 'all other departments not allocated to anyone else' will remain with the Chief Minister.

Meanwhile, State bjp President and Deputy chief minister Samrat Chaudhary has been given the charge of the Finance Department. Whenever bjp has shared power with Janata Dal (United) President Nitish Kumar, it has always got the finance portfolio. Earlier, when Kumar was running the government with the 'grand alliance' comprising constituent parties like congress and RJD, the health and finance departments were with JDU. Apart from Finance, Chaudhary has been given the health Department, Commercial Taxes, Urban Development and Housing, Sports, panchayati Raj, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries and Law Department.
