Apparently there have been some examples in the past, when the central government has made such announcements in the interim budget, which burdens the government treasury not only for those two-four months, but this burden continues in the future. . Decisions related to policy matters have also been getting space here and there in the interim budget. Even in that, when prime minister Narendra Modi is there, considering the election environment, it can be expected that something big will come out of the box of Nirmala Sitharaman's interim budget on february 1. Something may also happen which no one has guessed till now.

Perhaps let me remind you that the current Modi government had last presented an interim budget in the election year 2019. At that time, the Modi government had announced such a big scheme, the impact of which was widely seen on the upcoming lok sabha elections. In the interim budget brought by the Modi government in 2019, a big scheme regarding farmers was announced. The name of that scheme was 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi'. Under this, arrangements were made by the government to transfer the amount directly into the accounts of the farmers.

This was a direct income support scheme for farmers. PM Kisan Samman nidhi Yojana is a scheme with 100% funding from the government of India, in which the funds go directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiary farmers. Under this, farmers receive an amount of Rs 6,000 annually in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each.
