According to ED sources, some chats were also found from bhanu Pratap's mobile, in which there was a message in the name of the boss. After this the ED interrogated the local Circle Officer Manoj Gupta. At the same time, ED had also raided the residence of Chief Minister's residence officer uday Shankar.

FIR against Bhanu… - After interrogating Revenue Sub-Inspector Bhanu, the ED asked the state to file a case in the related matter. Showing haste in the matter, jharkhand Police also registered an FIR. This FIR was registered in Sadar police station of Ranchi.

According to ED sources, if there was no FIR, ED would not have been able to investigate this case properly nor would any basis for the case have been formed. The FIR only increased Hemant's problems. ED sources say that manipulation was done even in filing the FIR. Section 120B was removed from the FIR, but ED took over this FIR under the Prevention Act. According to ED sources, apart from Bhanu, a recommendation for filing FIR in the case of suspended IAS pooja Singhal and former ranchi DC Chhavi Ranjan was also sent to the government, but FIR was registered only in bhanu case.
