According to the trust, the temple is being constructed in traditional nagar style. Whose length (east-west) is 380 feet, width is 250 feet and height is 161 feet. The temple is three storeyed, each floor of which is 20 feet high. The foundation of the temple is constructed from 14 meter thick layers of roller-compact concrete (RCC), giving it the appearance of artificial rock. A 21 feet high platform has been constructed using granite to protect it from dampness. Ornate statues of elephants, lions, Lord Hanuman and 'Garuda' have been installed at the main entrance of the ram temple in Ayodhya. Trust general secretary Champat Rai had earlier said that entry into the temple will be from the east and exit from the south. The entire temple superstructure will eventually be three storeyed.
