As per report minister Rajeev chandrasekhar has responded to a Washington Post report that the Modi government is trying to hack the iPhones of opposition leaders. It has been reported that the narendra Modi-led government in india is trying to hack the iPhones used by opposition leaders and the government has taken action against apple after it was warned about it.

Meanwhile Union minister of State for Information technology Rajeev chandrasekhar has denied this news published by Washington Post, a famous media company from America. In this regard, in a post published on Twitter, he slammed the Washington Post as a half-truth.

Sharing a link to the Washington Post's report, the minister said, "Debunking the Washington Post's monstrous myth is boring. But someone has to do it. Half-truths are embellished with fiction in this report." apple said on Oct. 31 that it "has not attributed the hacking threat notifications to any specific government-sponsored hackers." The minister pointed out that this was missing in the Washington Post report.

"The Ministry of IT and I have given a consistent and clear response to this incident. It is apple who needs to explain whether their devices are vulnerable to hackers or not and what is the reason for the hacking alert notification," minister Rajeev chandrasekhar said. "CERT is investigating the matter. These are the facts. All the rest of the stories are masked imaginations," the minister said categorically.
