BJP reached Raj Bhavan with a bundle of complaints?
jharkhand bjp reached raj bhavan on tuesday with a bundle of complaints against hemant Soren government.
bjp MLAs led by party state president Babulal Marandi and leader of Opposition in jharkhand assembly Amar
Kumar Bauri met governor CP Radhakrishnan and submitted a memorandum to him.
bjp complained against hemant government
bjp told the governor that law and order has collapsed in the state. Corruption is rampant everywhere and the
state is going through a constitutional crisis. Incidents of murder, robbery, kidnapping, rape, theft and dacoity
make headlines in newspapers every day. Power-supported corruption has set a record. With the loot of mines,
minerals, sand, stones and land, jharkhand has now become witness to the country's biggest cash scandal. A
demand was made to the governor that being the constitutional head of the state, he should take legal action on
these matters without any delay. During this, bjp MLAs also put forward the issue of suspension of two MLAs
in the assembly before the Governor.
bjp surrounded cm Soren
bjp told the governor that now the chief minister has flouted all constitutional norms. ED has so far sent 6
summons to him for questioning, but he is continuously running away from questioning. The daily statements
made by the chief minister against the investigating agencies are violating constitutional norms. If the Chief
minister of the state starts openly violating the law, then how can the government talk to the general public about
following the law. The delegation included MLAs CP Singh, Biranchi Narayan, JP Patel, naveen Jaiswal, Anant
Kumar Ojha, Koche Munda, Kedar Hazra, bhanu Pratap Shahi, Neera Yadav, raj Sinha, Narayan Das, Amit
Mandal, Dhullu Mahato, Alok Chaurasia, manish Jaiswal, Samri Lal, aparna Sengupta, Shashi bhushan Mehta,
Kishun Kumar Das and pushpa Devi were included.
