Parliament security breach: What Arguments given in court?

Four defendants have been placed on seven-day remand by patiala house court in connection with a significant breach in Parliament's security. Neelam azad, Amol Shinde, Sagar Sharma, and Manoranjan D. are the four accused. While requesting a 15-day remand, delhi police informed the court that this incidence resembled terrorist activity.

Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D are the two of these four who, during the lok sabha proceedings, leaped into the house from the audience gallery and dispersed smoke with a can. It was Neelam azad and Amol Shinde who carried out the cannon-wielding and slogan-raising inside the parliament grounds.

Which arguments were presented?

The lawyer for delhi police informed the court that maharashtra was the source of the can. The defendants are not from the same region. The accused must be brought to several locations in such a case, such as Lucknow, Gurugram, and Mysore. They must be forced to sit down data-face-to-data-face and be questioned. It is necessary to ascertain the location of the meeting and the identity of the donor. This is why a 15-day remand should be granted. The accused's remand attorney responded to this delhi police position by stating that five days is sufficient for the investigation.

The police attorney went on to say that in response to the deputy director of security at parliament house filing a complaint, they have filed a case under the IPC and UAPA. After obtaining permits to the parliament Gallery, Sagar and Manoranjan broke into the house using a color bomb concealed in their shoes. The incident qualifies as a terrorist act since it was a carefully thought-out plot and attack against the indian Parliament.

Referred to PM Modi

Attorneys for the police informed the court that when the accused produced the leaflet, prime minister Narendra Modi was listed as missing. The accused claimed that money from a swiss bank would be awarded to whoever finds them. PM Modi was displayed by the accused as a convicted felon.
