Mukhtar Ansari challenged this order of MP MLA court?

Mafia don of Purvanchal and former mla Mukhtar Ansari has challenged the order of mp mla Special Court

(MP mla Court) Ghazipur in allahabad High Court. Mukhtar Ansari filed a petition in allahabad High Court

against the punishment given by mp mla Special court Ghazipur in the gangster case and has demanded from

the high court to cancel the sentence given by mp mla Court. The court can hear this matter next week.

MP mla court sentenced 10 years imprisonment

Ghazipur's Special mp mla court Arvind Kumar Mishra had sentenced Mukhtar Ansari to 10 years

imprisonment on 27 october 2023 in the gangster case. Besides, a fine of Rs 5 lakh was also imposed on him. For

non-payment of fine amount, he has been sentenced to undergo additional punishment of 2 years.

High court may hear next week

Mafia don Mukhtar Ansari has filed a petition in the high court and in his appeal has demanded to cancel the

sentence given by the mp mla Special Court. This appeal has been filed on behalf of advocate Upendra

Upadhyay. Mukhtar Ansari's appeal may be heard in allahabad high court next week.

Mukhtar Ansari is guilty in this case

Actually, the matter is of the year 2009, when Kapildev Singh was murdered in Sabua village of Karanda police

station area, on which Mir Hasan had filed a case of attempt to murder against Mukhtar Ansari in

Muhammadabad police station area in the year 2009 itself. On which a case of gangsterism was registered at

Karanda police station in Ghazipur on june 2, 2010. A case under sections 302, 307 and 120B gangster was

registered against Mukhtar Ansari. In the case, the court had sentenced Mukhtar's associate Sonu Yadav to 5

years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2 lakh.
