Mafia don of Purvanchal and former mla Mukhtar Ansari has challenged the order of mp mla Special Court(MP mla Court) Ghazipur in allahabad High Court. Mukhtar Ansari filed a petition in allahabad High Courtagainst the punishment given by mp mla Special court Ghazipur in the gangster case and has demanded fromthe high court to cancel the sentence given by mp mla Court. On which a case of gangsterism was registered atKaranda police station in Ghazipur on june 2, 2010. A case under sections 302, 307 and 120B gangster wasregistered against Mukhtar Ansari. In the case, the court had sentenced Mukhtar's associate Sonu Yadav to 5years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2 lakh.
