One year imprisonment has been announced to Ved Prakash Solanki, congress MLA from Chaksu assembly seat

of jaipur district of Rajasthan. The court of Behrod in Alwar district has punished one year simple imprisonment

and a fine of Rs 55 lakh for check bounce. Ved Prakash Solanki had contested the assembly elections from

Chaksu on congress ticket in the 2018 assembly elections and reached the assembly after winning.

Actually this matter is eight years old. At that time Ved Prakash Solanki was doing property work in Bansur of

Kotputli-Behrod district. Due to good acquaintance between Ved Prakash Solanki and 70-year-old Mohar Singh

Yadav, a retired PT of the state government and a resident of village Hulmana Khurd of Mundawar area of

Alwar district, Ved Prakash had asked Mihar Singh to get a plot at an affordable and good location. And a deal

for a plot was also made among themselves.

The plot was given to a retired teacher

On june 20, 2015, Ved Prakash Solanki had taken Rs 35 lakh from a retired physical teacher to get a plot. But

after taking the money, Ved Prakash Solanki neither provided the plot to the physical teacher nor returned the

money. When Mohar Singh asked to return the money, Ved Prakash Solanki gave the check of Axis Bank

located in Mansarovar, jaipur to Mohar Singh on 10 september 2015. But the check bounced.
