Actually, congress leader rahul gandhi has been summoned in a 5 year oldcase. About 5 years ago, during the karnataka elections, rahul gandhi had made indecent remarks on HomeMinister amit Shah. Regarding which a hearing was going on in the court for a long time. At present, RahulGandhi has been summoned by the mp MLA court of Sultanpur.In fact, 5 years ago, during his election rally during the karnataka elections, rahul gandhi had made indecentremarks on home minister amit Shah. Expressing displeasure over this, bjp leader Vijay Mishra had filed acase in the court. The court had reserved its decision on this matter during the summons debate in the mp MLACourt of Sultanpur on 18 november 2023.The petition was filed in the year 2018At present, Judge yogesh Yadav has summoned rahul gandhi on december 16 in the mp MLA court ofSultanpur. At present, a petition was filed in the defamation case in the year 2018. After a hearing that lasted forfive years, the judge has now summoned congress leader rahul Gandhi. Advocate Santosh Pandey hasrepresented the petitioner’s case in the MP-MLA court.
