Chandrababu Naidu, the tdp leader and former Chief Minister, has been granted bail by the ap high court in the Skill Development Scam case. Justice T. mallikarjun Rao delivered the verdict, stating that chandrababu naidu does not need to go to rajahmundry Jail on the 28th of this month. Instead, the judge ordered him to appear before the acb court on the 30th of this month. chandrababu naidu, currently on interim bail, has been granted regular bail, with the court considering health issues rather than the merits of the case.

Depending on the supreme Court's response to 17A, there is a possibility that the CB CID investigation officer may seek the cancellation of this bail in the supreme Court.


Arguments for Chandrababu Naidu's bail petition in the Skill Development Scam case concluded on the 17th of this month, and after hearing both sides, the high court reserved its verdict.
