Chandrababu's arrest case to CBI...!? High Court hearing..!?
The high court heard the petition of undavalli Arun to hand over the investigation of the skill development case that led to Chandrababu's arrest in andhra pradesh to the CBI. Former mp undavalli Arun Kumar is demanding that the skill development case in which former andhra pradesh Chief minister Chandrababu Naidu was arrested should be investigated by the cbi and not by the CID. Arun Kumar has filed a writ petition in the andhra pradesh high court seeking a comprehensive investigation into the case with the Central Investigation Agency (CBI). The high court heard the petition today.
The lawyer for undavalli argued that the skill development case should be handed over to the CBI. In this petition, a total of 44 people including bjp government at the center, ycp government in the state, cbi, ED, tdp chief Chandrababu, tdp ap president Achchennaiudi have been included as respondents. But Undavalli's lawyer told the court that there was a delay in serving notices to them. The judge ordered the registry to investigate the delay and take action against those responsible. The court adjourned the hearing of the case for two weeks i.e. november 29.Undavalli Arun Kumar alleges that there are inter-state issues in the ap Skill Development case. Calling it a serious financial crime, he said, he is seeking a cbi investigation. undavalli Arun approached the high court demanding that an investigation be conducted with the cbi and not the CID. However, tdp leaders are criticizing undavalli who wants to investigate the ap Skill Development case with the CBI.
