BJP leader’s question to AAP government - Stubble cases in Punjab...
delhi bharatiya janata party spokesperson and son of former cm Madan Lal Khurana, Harish Khurana,
has hit back at the attitude of the aam aadmi party government (AAP) till now on the issue of pollution
(Delhi air Pollution). Taking aim at the delhi government, he said that 10 times more incidents of stubble
are being reported in punjab than Haryana, but you cm does not say anything on this issue. This is
synonymous with double standards of delhi government. According to Harish Khurana, there is AAP
government in Punjab. Despite this, delhi cm arvind kejriwal and Environment minister Gopal Rai
punjab are not able to stop the incidents of stubble burning. Nor has punjab cm bhagwant mann been seen
putting any pressure on him.
Why is the smog tower closed despite spending crores of rupees?
bjp spokesperson Harish Khurana also said in his statement that the AAP government spent Rs 2 lakh on
purchasing decomposer solution for melting the stubble in the fields. Whereas Rs 23 crores were spent on
its advertisement. Similarly, the smog tower was built at a cost of Rs 25 crore. Now the same smog tower
is closed. This is the truth of Delhi. Apart from this, Rs 55 crore has been spent so far on implementing
odd-even, but what was the result? Did the people of delhi get relief from pollution? If not, then what is
the point of trying to show it? Whereas if it is implemented, people will become more troubled.
