Now less than 24 hours are left for voting in Chhattisgarh. Voting will be held on 20 assembly seats of the state

on november 7 (Tuesday). In this, voting will be held on 12 assembly seats of Bastar and eight assembly seats

of Durg. On Tuesday, the public will seal the fate of the candidates contesting on these 20 seats in EVMs.

Many VIP candidates of congress and bjp are also in the fray on these 20 seats. Whose victory or defeat is

going to be decided by the public on Tuesday.

First of all, if we talk about the VIP candidates of the ruling congress in the state, Mohammed Akbar is

contesting from Kawardha seat of Kabirdham district. He is the Transport minister in the government of

Chhattisgarh. Besides, he also has the Law Ministry. Mohammad Akbar is the mla of Char. Not only this, he

is the only Muslim minister in the government of cm Bhupesh Baghel. Another VIP candidate of the party is

Mohan Markam. Mohan Markam is the party's candidate from Kondagaon assembly seat. He is the minister of

AAC-AST, OBC and Minority Welfare. He has been the state president of chhattisgarh Congress. He has been

MLA for two consecutive terms since 2013.

Veteran tribal leader of Lakhma Congress

If we talk about another VIP candidate of congress, he is Kawasi Lakhma. Kawasi Lakhma is the Congress

candidate from Chitrakote seat of Bastar district. Lakhma is the Commerce and industry minister in the

Government of Chhattisgarh. Lakhma is a veteran tribal leader of Congress. Lakhma has been mla for five

consecutive terms since 1998. Another VIP candidate of congress, deepak Baij, is contesting from Chitrakote

seat of Bastar district. He is the state president of chhattisgarh Congress. He is also an mp from Bastar Lok

Sabha seat. deepak Baij has been mla for two consecutive terms since 2013. If we talk about VIP candidates

of bjp, then the biggest name among them is Raman Singh. raman singh is a candidate from Rajnandgaon

assembly seat. He was the cm of chhattisgarh for 15 consecutive years. raman singh was a mp once.

Besides, he has been mla six times. He is the national vice president of BJP. raman singh has been the state

president of chhattisgarh BJP. His son abhishek Singh has also been an MP.
