On whose 100th birth anniversary PM Modi will pay tribute..?
prime minister narendra modi is coming to Chitrakoot today to attend the 100th birth anniversary program
of late Arvind Bhai Mafatlal, who established the Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust in madhya pradesh and is
considered the messiah of eye patients. Here PM Modi late. Arvind Bhai will pay floral tributes at the
mausoleum of Mafat Lal on his 100th birth anniversary, after which the PM will inaugurate the super
specialty hospital prepared in the premises of Janaki Kund Eye Hospital. Here prime minister Narendra
Modi will also meet Padma Vibhushan Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya Maharaj.
In fact, with the inspiration of Saint Ranchoddas Maharaj, Arvind Bhai Mafatlal had established Sadguru
Eye Hospital Janakikund in Chitrakoot, which today treats 15 lakh eye patients every year. It is said that
the first cataract operation was performed in this hospital in 1968 under torch light. Saint Ranchoddas
Maharaj’s resolve was that there should be food for the hungry, clothes for the poor and free treatment for
eye patients. Arvind Bhai Mafatlal came in contact with Saint Ranchhordas of Chitrakoot in bihar in 1967.
Saint Ranchhordas was serving the famine victims there. Mafatlal was so impressed by him that he
considered him as his Guru and took Gurumantra.
Preparations to celebrate 100th birth anniversary with pomp
Along with this, he also took a vow of social service. Arvind Bhai Mafatlal established Sadhguru Eye
Hospital and Sadhguru Sankalp Hospital in Chitrakoot as per the wish of his Guru. Arvind Bhai Mafatlal,
an ardent devotee of Saint Ranchordas, breathed his last in Chitrakoot on Chaturthi of Kartik month i.e. 30
October 2011. His mausoleum has also been built here. Arvind Bhai Mafatlal's birth anniversary is
celebrated every year according to the date instead of the english date. Mafatlal Group has made
preparations to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of Late Arvind Bhai Mafatlal with great pomp. Prime
minister narendra modi is also participating in it.
