My former minister S.P. Velumani has urged the government to start business here only if law and order is good in tamil Nadu.

Coimbatore Suburban South district and North district AIADMK booth committee in-charge meeting was held at the party's district head office, Itiya Deivam Mansion. The meeting was chaired by former minister S P Velumani and many members of the Legislative assembly attended the meeting. Former minister SP Velumani and AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami, who met the press after the meeting, said that whichever candidate is announced, that candidate will win.

The present DMK government has not given any plan to tamil Nadu. coimbatore district has not been given any plan for the last two and a half years. When Edappadi Palaniswami was the chief minister and jayalalithaa was the chief minister, they gave all the requested projects. Currently, all the works that are going on in tamil Nadu are the works initiated by Edappadi Palaniswami. The entire people of tamil Nadu want Edappadiyar to become the Chief Minister. Law and order is very bad in tamil Nadu. Everywhere in coimbatore district there are incidents of chain snatching. people are suffering a lot due to increase in property tax and increase in electricity bill. No work is carried out in Corporation and Municipal areas. people are in trouble because the laws have been changed drastically and no work is being done. Anyone could meet Edappadiyar when he was Chief Minister. Whatever plans were asked for, we got it. Edappadi was the only chief minister who thought about the people and fulfilled the tasks required by the people. We will win all 40 constituencies in the parliamentary elections. AIADMK will win whenever assembly elections come. Also, talking about minister Raghupathi's comment regarding the petrol bomb attack on the Governor's House, he criticized that the area where the petrol bomb was hurled should be seen and law and order is not right anywhere.

As such activities are going on continuously, the government should control it. They should not give such an answer. He mentioned that the chief minister has kept the police in an environment where they have full responsibility and the police was under control and women were protected during the AIADMK rule. SP Velumani emphadata-sized that there is a bad situation here where they would come to start business only if law and order is right and this government should take immediate action.
