Actually, the question was asked that what do people believe to be the main reason for bihar government to
conduct caste census and release its data? In this, 19 percent people said that efforts have been made to know the
status of castes. 29 percent people have responded in favor of making development plans for the weaker sections.
Apart from this, maximum 37 percent people believe that the government wants to take advantage in the Lok
Sabha and assembly elections. While 6 percent people believe that there is pressure from the alliance, 9 percent
people replied that they cannot say anything.
