Does DMK have a reason? Annamalai question..!?

Annamalai has questioned whether the DMK, which claims to have fulfilled all the votes, is justified in its promises. Is DMK forgetting its election promise numbers 177, 181, 311 which claims to have fulfilled all the votes? Hiding? bjp state president annamalai has questioned. In his statement, he said: "Just as a simple person who asks for help in front of the rich stands humbly, so the learner is the best who bows down to the teacher; The shopkeeper who is not stoned! He learned to love like never before. Thirukkural speaks. Thirukkural tells us how much humility and respect should be learned from the teachers. But all the respected teachers in tamil Nadu have been forced to fight for their lives with the tamil Nadu government. The DMK government, which has been protesting in the education department campus for more than ten days, is not willing to listen to the demands of the teachers, it is an abominable anarchic act of the DMK government to block toilet facilities and drinking water where there are hundreds of women among the struggling teachers.

It is unfortunate and strongly condemnable that the state government is blind, not realizing its importance, when all the organizations of the teachers' unions are participating in this and putting forward their demands. The teachers unions are pressing three main demands. First, TET exam was conducted by teacher examination board and till 2012 all were given employment.: But in 2013 exam not all got job. Certificate verification was conducted on the basis of Ordinance No. 252. Even then not everyone was given a job. The system of weightage marks was introduced on the basis of Ordinance No. 71. This has led to many irregularities and has resulted in many deserving people still not getting jobs. Even though the government has realized its mistake and withdrawn the weightage mark system under the government Ordinance No. 71, the teachers who passed the TET conducted by the Teachers' Selection Board did not get the job appointment. Meanwhile, the government trying to implement the new Ordinance 149 is unfair.

Next is the issue of pay for special teachers who teach music, painting, sports etc. About 16,000 teachers are recruited only on temporary basis. They work only three days a week and are given only ten thousand rupees as a lump sum. This money is also provided from the funds of the compulsory education program provided by the Central Government.

The next most pitiful are the secondary teachers who are given a salary of Rs 24,000. Forty thousand rupees is given as salary to the teachers working in the same secondary teaching post. It is highly condemnable that the secondary teachers, who are fighting for the declaration that equal pay should be given to secondary education teachers who do the same job, even after begging them to return to work even if it is enough to give them interim relief, it is strongly condemned by the state government to forcefully remove them from the field of struggle like sheep and cattle.

We are not asking DMK to do anything new that the government has not said. In the last two assembly elections, DMK had promised to fulfill these three things. To fulfill the promise that all the special teachers will be made permanent as mentioned in the DMK election manifesto 181, the promise that all the teachers who passed the qualification test will be given teaching jobs as mentioned by the DMK in their election manifesto no. 177, and the promise made in the DMK election manifesto no. The bharatiya janata party insists that. DMK will not change their stand, appoint all teachers who have passed TED, give equal pay for equal work, remove the wage differential of special teachers, remove the grievances of teachers and fulfill their demands. If the demands of the teachers are denied, the bharatiya janata party is ready to mobilize all the teachers and launch a massive protest very soon.” It says so.
