Telangana IT Minister KTR Exposes Modi's Poll Tactics

SIBY JEYYA
IT minister KT Rama Rao requested that prime minister Narendra Modi immediately rescind his words if he still had any common sense in him in response to the Prime Minister's accusations against the BRS administration at mahabubnagar on Sunday.

The BRS working president cautioned Modi to take prudence and to confirm the facts before casting accusations while addressing a sizable crowd at Peddapalli. Reminding the prime minister that K Chandrashekhar Rao was the first chief minister in the nation to twice forgive crop loans totaling Rs. 37,000 crores and to give Rs. 72,000 crores in Rythu Bandhu financial support to farmers, he said that Chandrashekhar Rao was the only one to do so. He emphadata-sized that no State under the bjp government has implemented such important and comprehensive farmer-centric programs.

Rama Rao dismissed the charge of dynastic politics and said that Chandrashekhar Rao's 'family' in telangana included more than four crore people. Through a variety of welfare initiatives, the chief minister has carried out his duties as a son, brother, and uncle to the people of Telangana.

The minister also slammed Modi for dismissing ideas from the BRS to supply continuous free electricity to all farmers in the nation for a cost of Rs. 1.45 lakh crore, calling it a "freebie". At the time, he said, Modi had forgiven business loans of Rs. 14.5 lakh crore in order to help his crony capitalist allies.

Rama Rao further emphadata-sized the difference between the Chandrashekhar Rao administration's inclusive policy and the BJP's strategy of Hindu-Muslim discrimination. He said that the telangana administration gave improving education and healthcare facilities as well as the equitable execution of government programs a top priority. He urged the bjp to acknowledge that telangana was losing some of its favor.

He made fun of the Prime Minister's declarations that the turmeric Board and a Tribal university would be established. The telangana people, he claimed, were not yet ready to accept the Prime Minister's explanation for ignoring the andhra pradesh Reorganisation Act's requirements for ten years while seeking to reinstate them just before elections. He also made fun of the prime minister for criticizing the State government for Telangana's irrigation water supply, noting that the Chandrashekhar Rao administration had brought about a new green revolution while the Modi administration was unable to even buy the paddy grown there by farmers.

Rama Rao criticised Modi earlier in the day for failing to provide the irrigation projects at palamuru in telangana the support they required. He slammed Modi for raising concerns about the projects and the UPA-led administration in 2014.
