He brought to the notice of the court that data-alignment changes were made to allow the road to pass from the side of Lingamaneni lands. sriram argued that after the data-alignment change, the value of Lingamaneni's lands increased enormously.. Lingamaneni and heritage organizations were involved in land irregularities.
Lingamaneni Ramesh said that Chandrababu did not pay HRA at his house. But then Lingamaneni paid rent to Ramesh from Bhubaneswari's account, the AG alleged. lingamaneni ramesh per acre Rs. 10 lakhs if land is purchased after master plan Rs. 35 lakhs, the AG said.
