
Summons to 17 accused including Lalu in land for job case
In the case of land for job scam, summons have been issued to 17 accused including Lalu, Tejashwi, Rabri
from Rouse Avenue Court. Order has been given to appear on october 4. Rouse Avenue court took
cognizance of the charge sheet filed by CBI. deputy cm Tejashwi Yadav gave his reaction on this entire
matter on friday (22 September).

Tejashwi Yadav said in response to media questions that is this a new thing? All this is old news. All this will
continue. This is neither the first nor the last. You guys should understand this. There is no point in this.
Let us tell you that the charge sheet against deputy cm Tejashwi Yadav in the Land for job case has also
been accepted by the Rouse Avenue Court. A case will be filed against him also. This is a new case in the
Land for job case. Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, daughter and mp Misa Bharti are already on bail in the old case.
In the new case also, along with Tejashwi, Lalu and Rabri have been made accused. A charge sheet was filed
against Tejashwi by the cbi on July 3.
Permission to prosecute three officers also granted
On september 12 this month, cbi got permission from the Union home Ministry to prosecute the case against
former Union Railway minister Lalu Yadav. Apart from Lalu Yadav, cbi had also sought permission to
prosecute three railway officials, which has been granted. Let us tell you that Lalu was Railway minister from
2004 to 2009. It is alleged that while in office, Lalu prasad had given the family a job in the Railways in
exchange for land transfer.
