If the congress were to take control of the state, according to Finance minister T Harish Rao, Bangalore would serve as a second capital for Telangana. On Tuesday, the minister addressed a crowd after opening 100 two-bedroom homes at the Shankarampet (A) Mandal headquarters and noted that Bengaluru was home to the Congress' second-highest command. The telangana congress party leaders, according to the minister, routinely travel to karnataka to lobby for seats and positions by meeting with deputy chief minister DK shiva Kumar.
Rao stated that before traveling to New Delhi, the telangana congress leaders will need to meet with karnataka congress leaders in Bengaluru. However, because they were representing the people, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) had its high command in the telangana gullies. The minister claimed that despite the six pledges made public by the congress at its Vijayabheri conference in hyderabad, the congress would continue to replace the Chief Ministers every six months, let alone really enact the six guarantees.
According to Rao, there would be a curfew in hyderabad every six months and a six-hour electricity supply for farming. He urged people not to believe the promises made by congress and suggested that they travel to the nearby state of karnataka to compare the programs being implemented there. He claimed that the six assurances could be implemented by the congress in karnataka initially. chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao would keep all of his pledges, unlike the Congress.
