Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said that this system, which was available only from Taluk Courts to High Courts, will be extended to the supreme court as well. D.Y. Chandrachud, who announced the matter in the court premises before the proceedings of the supreme court on Thursday, said that the data of the supreme court will soon be linked to the National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG). Thus the information of supreme court cases will be uploaded to the website in real time. This is a historic day. The website developed by NIC will now provide comprehensive information on pending cases, settled cases and judgments of all the courts of the country, from local courts to the supreme Court. This will increase transparency and credibility in the judicial system.
