Chandrababu's Historic Jail Stint Shocks Andhra Politics.!

Chandrababu is going to jail for the first time in the political history of four and a half decades. Not only that, it is said that this is the first time in ap that a former chief minister has gone to jail on corruption charges. It is said that in this way Babu will create a new record. Lawyers on behalf of Chandrababu who could not get bail are eagerly waiting for tomorrow morning.

At the same time Babu was a VIP and in view of his age and health issues, a petition was filed in the acb court for a jail cell with better facilities in rajahmundry Central Jail.  Also, another petition was filed to treat Babu's remand as house arrest. But it is said that the court rejected these two petitions. On the other hand, the acb court imposed a fourteen-day judicial remand to Chandrababu. Challenging it, the tdp legal cell is getting ready to move a lunch motion in the high court on Monday. 


However, some legal experts are expressing doubts about the chances of getting bail as the CID has filed a strong charge sheet in this case and the remand report also mentions some important issues. They claim that it is mainly a corruption case to grant bail in this case. Legal experts are also expressing different opinions on whether bail will be granted immediately in these cases.

Even if Babu is remanded, tdp is hopeful that he will get bail in the High Court. On the whole, telugu states have been heating up for the last two days with the news of Chandrababu's arrest, but now it is getting more and more intense because of his going to jail.  Also, the news of Babu Jail is going viral on social media. The discussion has also started whether this will be the beginning of more sensations in the coming days.
