Telangana Hyderabad - Mokila layout e-auction continues to attracts investors

Investors continue to respond well to hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority's (HMDA) sale of residential plots in Mokila. Monday's fourth day of the online auction for 60 available plots in Mokila II brought in a total of Rs 105.16 crore. Nearly 178 residential plots at Mokila phase-II were auctioned off over the course of four days, bringing in a total of Rs 492.27 crore. The e-auctioning procedure earned Rs 122.42 crore in income on the first day, Rs 131.72 crore on the second day, and Rs 132.974 crore on the third day.

The remaining 120 available plots out of the 300 that were offered for e-auctioning will be sold in two sessions on august 28 and 29, at a rate of 60 plots per day. The size of the Phase-II plots that were put up for sale ranged from 300 square yards to 500 square yards. The hmda has suggested a residential layout on 165 acres with 1321 total plots, 300 of which are presently being put up for auction in Phase II and come in various sizes that are appropriate for all industries.

For a total of 60 available plots, ranging in size from 300 square yards to 500 square yards, hmda has placed them up for electronic auction through MSTC.
