A 30-year-old teacher who had been missing for the previous three years was apprehended by a special squad of
warangal police on suspicion of taking part in a test that
singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) was holding for different applicants. The test took place on
march 1, 2020.
The instructor was detained on Thursday,
august 24, and was later identified as Shailesh Kumar Yadav, a resident of the Madhubani area of Bihar. According to a
press release, Shailesh participated on behalf of other applicants in an E&M grade E2 test of SCCL. Shailesh was taken into custody by a four-person CID squad led by Inspector G Sukreddy when they traveled to Biraul in the Darbhanga district.
Police opened an investigation after receiving a complaint from SCCL
kothagudem in 2022, and the accused was charged under sections 120(B), 417, 420, and 419 of the
indian Penal Code (IPC). Additionally, he was accused under the 66 (D) IT Act of 2000 and the
telangana Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractices and Unfair Means) Act of 1997.
Shailesh Kumar, a 30-year-old Bihari native, is accused of cheating and using electronic gadgets during the
2020 SSCL E&M Grade E2 examinations. The Paloncha
police had opened an investigation as a result of a complaint. Later, the case was turned up to CID. Since the case was booked, Shailesh has been running away. In Bihar's Darbhanga district, a squad managed to capture him.
