program are getting subsidy on buying a house in China. Not only this, people are also being given a bonus
of three to five crore rupees as soon as they sign the job contract. Apart from this, people are being given
salary of lakhs of rupees. Usually the people appointed as Quiming are top scientists, PhD holders,
researchers.
