AAP MLA’s problems may increase due to this decision!
The process of political allegations and counter-allegations between aam aadmi party (AAP) and bjp (BJP)
leaders in the country's capital is less likely to stop even after the implementation of the delhi Service Act. Now
delhi bharatiya janata party spokesperson praveen Shankar Kapoor has written a letter to delhi Assembly
Speaker ram Niwas Goyal seeking permission to prosecute AAP mla Akhilpati Tripathi. He has sought
permission to file a case against Akhileshpati Tripathi for taking money illegally. The AAP mla is accused of
demanding money in exchange for a ticket during the 2022 MCD elections.

were shocked that AAP mla Akhileshpati Tripathi had taken a bribe of Rs. He is accused of demanding Rs 90
lakh from a woman who wanted a ticket from the MCD ward and took Rs 33 lakh in advance. Another case of
getting tickets by taking money came to the fore in the name of mla Rajesh Gupta.
Strong evidence found against 2 MLAs

never been seen before. CCTV evidence is against mla Tripathi and Gupta. There is also evidence of demanding
cash money against both. He has urged the Speaker to take action according to constitutional decency and to
allow prosecution of mla Akhilesh Pati Tripathi.
