RC card to come at doorstep: Minister Ramalingareddy..!?
Daily printed Driving License (DL) and Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) smart cards will be delivered to the applicant's doorstep. Transport and Mujarai minister Ramalingareddy entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Post office for daily printing of Driving License (DL) and Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) smart cards directly to applicants' homes through Speed Post.
The transport department has given good news to motorists across the state, including the state capital Bangalore. Also R.C. Card (registration certificates (RCs) smart card) and DL cards (Driving license) will be delivered directly to eligible beneficiary homes. So the public will henceforth DL, R.C. No need to wander to the Regional Transport office (RTO) office for smart carts. The transport department has made arrangements to deliver them home. Arrangements have already been made for home delivery by post. Due to the agreement, smart cards can be delivered to the doorsteps of the public at the scheduled time through Speed Post, and the public can view their documents online (Document status check online). Transport minister Ramalingareddy said that the public can get the documents in contactless mode without visiting the office, and this is a people-friendly program of the Transport Department. In this meeting, the secretaries of the transport department, Dr. N.V. Prasad, Transport Commissioner Yogish AM and Chief Postmaster General were present.
NCMC card to be available at metro stations: Bengaluru (August 19): Bengaluru Metro rail Corporation Ltd. has introduced the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) in line with the One Nation One Card. (BMRCL) implemented. The use of this card will start from Monday. This card can be used in any metro train, petrol station and retail shops in the country. Contactus Smart Cards (CSC) currently in use are closed loop cards and can only be used for our metro travel. RuPay National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) is an open loop card in line with "One Nation One Card" and can be conveniently used in all transport systems of the country and additionally, for retail stores, petrol stations, shopping etc.
