G-20 summit: There is a plan to keep Delhi's schools, colleges and institutions closed. At the same time,
instructions will be given to the private sector for work from home. Whereas, medical emergency services will be
exempted from movement during this period.
Foreign guests will stay in 35 five star hotels of Delhi-NCR
The maximum impact of this restriction imposed during the G-20 summit will be on the Delhi-Gurgaon route.
There is a plan to completely close this route for the common people during the summit. Because, the heads of
state and their allies of 20 countries are going to stay in 35 hotels of delhi NCR, including 12 hotels in Gurugram
whose high security arrangements have already been handed over to the Central Forces. During this, there should
be no negligence in view of security or traffic during movement from Gurugram to delhi, so this decision is being
taken.
Thousands of guests will reach delhi with a convoy of 150 cars
Sources said that a 150-car convoy of the left steering seat will also land in delhi along with foreign heads of state.
Several heads of state and diplomats including US President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Canadian
Prime minister Justin Tudo and French President Emmanuel Macron will participate in the G-20 summit. Most of
them will fly to their respective countries on 11 September. There will be thousands of people in the group of
national representatives. Due to which, under the plan to keep the capital traffic free, preparations are being made
to ban the movement of vehicles during that time.
