Telangana Hyderabad - Mokila Layout phase-II e-auction from August 23
The Rangareddy district's Mokila layout, Shankerpally mandal, and the hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will host the 300 open plots for phase-II e-auction beginning on august 23. Phase II of the Mokila layout will provide a total of 98,975 square yards, available in 300 plots of various data-sizes, for e-auction.
The upset price for the e-auction in the second phase would begin at Rs 25,000 per square yard (Minimum Upset Price) with an increase of Rs 1,000 per square yard during bidding, much like in the first phase. A Rs. 1,000,000 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required to enter the online auction. The first part of the Mokila layout e-auction was held last week, and the hmda received a resoundingly positive reaction from investors. The hmda received revenue of Rs 121.40 crore, or more than three times the base value, by the time the first phase of the e-auction came to a close. In the first stage of the Mokila layout e-auction, the price per square yard peaked at Rs 1,05,000.
The pre-bid meeting with potential buyers will be held by hmda on Thursday, august 17, at 11 am. Registration for the online auction will be accessible starting on Monday, august 14. The EMD must be submitted by august 21. The dates of the e-auction are august 23, 24, 25, 28, and 29. According to the officials, a total of 60 plots will be auctioned off each day. Only two kilometres separate the Narsingi-Shankerpally major road from the 165 acre Mokila layout. In the second phase, hmda will auction off 300 plots, as opposed to the first phase's total of 50 open plots.
