It is still unknown what caused the horrifying catastrophe in
bachupally that took the life of eight-year-old Gunda Deekshitha. While the fast
car was given the responsibility by the authorities, it was also discovered that the collision was caused by a substandard road. It is challenging to determine the precise reason because there are no CCTV cameras in the vicinity.
Deekshitha and her
father kishore had to slow down while riding their
bike because of a damaged section of the road close to Dr. Reddy's Labs, according to initial evidence discovered by the police. In the meanwhile, the van that was directly behind them struck their
car, causing the disaster. Locals said that
kishore lost control when navigating the 'pothole' in the road and collapsed, which caused Deekshitha to collide with the van's wheels.
The PME's first findings suggested that Deekhshitha's fatal head injury was the cause of death. On Thursday, her death rituals were carried out in their
home village in West Godavari.
At
shamirpet on Sunday, two
people lost their lives and another was hurt when the
bike they were riding veered off the road and collided with an electric pole. They ran over two additional two-wheeler riders.
One person per incident was killed after they were struck by autos in separate accidents at Rajendranagar and Adibatla.
It's high time, the Roads in telangana are properly maintained without potholes
