The bill related to the central government's ordinance related to the transfer posting of delhi officials got the approval of the Modi cabinet on tuesday (July 25). The government can now introduce this bill in the monsoon session of Parliament. The central government had issued this ordinance (Delhi Ordinance 2023) on 19th May.In the ordinance issued by the Center, there is a provision to set up the National capital Civil services Authority for disciplinary action and transfers against Group-A officers of Danix cadre. An ordinance is brought by the government when the parliament is not in session, but it must be passed by the parliament within six weeks.
