DGPs of four states meet in Hyderabad over Maoist problem
The conference was attended by the DGPs of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and andhra pradesh as well as the CRPF IG Charu Sinha and top members of the Intelligence Bureau. ADG, Greyhounds Vijay Kumar, ADG, Law and Order Sanjay Jain, ADG, Intelligence Anil Kumar, Chief of Operations Prabhaker Rao, ADG, rajeev Meena, and top officials from all adjacent states were present.
The Maoist issue was discussed in a meeting of the police chiefs from Telangana, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and andhra pradesh on tuesday in Hyderabad. Senior representatives from the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and the Central Reserve police Force (CRPF) also attended the conference. Anjani Kumar, the director general of police for Telangana, served as the conference's host. He said that information exchange, collaborative training, and cooperative operations were the main topics covered at the conference.
