Opposition parties war flag! Refusal to discuss Manipur violence! Totally paralyzed Parliament


Delhi: As the Monsoon Session of the parliament began today, the opposition parties said to discuss the violence in Manipur. Both the Houses came to a complete standstill as they did not listen to the Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister's appeasement.









Union Parliamentary Affairs minister Prakalat Joshi has announced that the Monsoon Session of parliament will begin on July 20 (today) and continue till august 11. Accordingly, the monsoon session of the parliament is going to start today.

The conference will have a total of 17 sessions. In this context, an all-party meeting was held in delhi yesterday to conduct the parliamentary session peacefully and constructively. 44 leaders from more than 30 parties participated in this meeting.



In this meeting, the opposition parties demanded to discuss the violence in Manipur, price rise, the functioning of the governors and the functioning of the central investigation bodies. In this case, the rainy season session of parliament started at 11 am today.


In the meeting, the central government has decided to table about 32 bills like the Emergency Bill, Forest Protection Amendment Bill, Personal Information Protection Bill related to the power of the capital Delhi. These Bills are expected to be enacted into law once they are passed in both Houses.


Meanwhile, the opposition parties are planning to discuss people's problems in today's meeting. In other words, prime minister Narendra Modi is silent about the ongoing violence in Manipur since May 3. Thus, the opposition parties are planning to create a storm in this matter.

The opposition also plans to discuss the odisha train accident, price hike, unemployment and the functioning of central investigative bodies including the Enforcement Directorate, cbi and Income Tax Department. Also, on behalf of DMK, the governor RN ravi should be recalled and on behalf of delhi Aam Aadmi Party, a notice has been given to suspend the delhi Law Amendment Bill. As a result, it is expected that there will be no dearth of excitement in the parliamentary session to be held.


Amidst this anticipation, both houses of parliament hung at 11 am today. Speaker Ombirla presided over the Lok Sabha. The states were presided over by Vice President Jagadeep Dhankar. prime minister Modi, Union Ministers and MPs participated. In the first phase of the meeting, a condolence note was read for the late leaders. Both the Houses were then adjourned till 12 noon.


After that the meetings started at 12 noon. Opposition parties said they would adjourn the proceedings of the house under the adjournment notice to discuss the Manipur violence. Subsequently, lok sabha and states were adjourned till 2 pm. Subsequently, at 2 o'clock, the lok sabha and the states met again.


Even then, the opposition MPs in both the Houses asked to discuss the Manipur violence and acts against women. But neither the lok sabha nor the states gave permission. Meanwhile, Parliamentary Affairs minister Pragalad Joshi said, ``We are ready to discuss the Manipur issue in both houses. What is happening in Manipur is an important issue. And the home minister will respond in detail to the related discussion. Let the Speaker decide the date of the debate,” he said.


But the opposition said that it should be discussed today. As a result, lok sabha and rajya sabha were adjourned tomorrow at 11 am. Accordingly, both Houses of parliament will meet again tomorrow at 11 am. There is a problem as the opposition will raise the war flag tomorrow to discuss the violence in Manipur.
