Transfer scam: Bommai-CM Bharjari Jatapati in the House..!?

1. Investigate Scams Jatapati

Siddaramaiah said, 'We have formed the SIT to investigate the irregularities of the previous government. Bommai has been saying investigation since 2013. What have you been doing for the last 3 years and 10 months? Then why was there no investigation? Do we come to investigate since 1947? There was no record of any corruption charges for you to investigate us. Thus, it has been proved that we have given a scandal-free government to 18 people since 2013.

Responding to this, Bommai said, 'We have not made a separate SIT for investigation due to political hatred. But we empowered the Lokayukta which you had made inactive and entrusted all the cases during your tenure to the Lokayukta for investigation. Everything is under investigation and will come out soon. You had deactivated Lokayukta by forming ACB. If not, your scandals would have come out by then' he retorted.

At this time, Siddaramaiah said, 'There is acb in bjp states. We did not do Lokayukta Nisikriya. As soon as we came to power, you did not until the court said that acb should be canceled. So when you said that it was not you who canceled the acb, there was an argument.

2. Transfer Dispute:

Meanwhile, Siddaramaiah, Basavaraja Bommayi, and H.D. Kumaraswamy alleged. It is natural to transfer every new government. But I completely refute his claim that there was a racket. Not a single transfer has been made in my department. Thus corruption cannot take place. Someone may have done it without our knowledge. He said that corruption cannot happen knowingly.

Objecting to this, Bommai said, 'We have accused corruption in the transfer. Not limited to your department. Transfers are taking place across the government. Won't you be held accountable for the transfer corruption that happened without your knowledge?'

3. Punch the majority government

Speaking about the majority, Siddaramaiah said that since 2004, people's support for the bjp has been declining and the support for the congress has been increasing. So far, bjp has never once won a majority and formed a government with the people's blessing. They formed the government in an unethical manner like Operation Kamala. Did you get a majority in any election? Have you come to power with the blessings of the people? He questioned.
