For the Chief Minister's Cup competition in 2023, which will take place in 18
sports and games disciplines from May 28 to May 31 at six stadiums in Hyderabad, elaborate preparations are being prepared. The tournament activities will be formally launched at LB Stadium on
monday by
industries Minister KT Rama Rao. More than 8,750 athletes, including 4,549 boys and 3,583 girls, will compete in a variety of sports.
It has been determined that 17 locations will be able to
house the participants. In order to address the arrangements that must be made by various departments,

sandeep Kumar Sultania called a meeting of the Coordination Committee. In addition to parking, the
police department has been ordered to provide protection for the female competitors at the lodging and competition locations. The responsibility for providing temporary restrooms and sanitation at the competition sites falls to GHMC. Additionally, it has been instructed to illuminate Necklace Road, the Tank Bund, the Ambedkar Statue, and the nearby Rotary Children's Park.
200 special buses will be provided by the transport department to carry athletes to the sites of competition. At the opening and closing ceremonies at LB Stadium, in addition to all competition sites, the medical and
health department will set up first aid facilities, deploy enough physical therapists, and deploy ambulances.
