Farmers can approach these centers and avail of assistance. Touch screen computers have also been installed in these centers to enable farmers to avail faster services. The RBK project has won the award of the year with huge accolades. andhra pradesh Chief minister Jaganmohan reddy launched a scheme called ``Rythu Bharosa Kendram'' known as RBK. Accordingly, Agricultural service Centers were opened in every village to cater to the needs of the farmers.
Farmers can approach these centers and avail of assistance. Touch screen computers have also been installed in these centers to enable farmers to avail faster services. Every year, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations presents the ``Champion and Partnership'' awards. In this case, the RBK program won the award for this year and received a huge amount of appreciation.
Tamilnadu government is also planning for this. The government of tamil Nadu has expressed its desire to implement such a special program in tamil Nadu as well. In the first phase of this initiative, a team comprising officials from the tamil Nadu government's agriculture department visited andhra pradesh and inquired with the Andhra state agriculture department officials there about how the scheme is working.
