Vladimir Putin recently underwent surgery to remove fluid from his stomach, according to a report. A former british spy has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin will "continue" with doctors and take frequent breaks for treatment. According to Independent christopher Steele, Mr. Putin's meetings are divided into sections so he can take a break.
The former spy wrote a document about donald trump and accused russia of interfering in the 2016 U.S. election campaign and previously worked at the Russian desk at MI6. He said that the Security Council meetings, which are supposed to last about an hour, are divided into several sections.
 Steel added that he is very ill, that is, it is not clear how final or incurable it will be. But it certainly has a very serious impact on the Russian administration at the moment.
