Punjab chief minister bhagwant mann called the first meeting of his cabinet on Saturday. In the very first cabinet meeting, he has approved filling up of 25,000 vacancies in different departments of the state government including 10,000 recruitment in the police department.
Bhagwant Mann has announced this decision in a video message after presiding over the first meeting of his cabinet. He said that the process of advertisement and notification for these jobs will be started within a month. bhagwant mann has said that in the coming days he will fulfill the election agenda of the Aam Aadmi Party.
No place for bribery-recommendationBhagwant Mann said, 'We will fulfill the rest of our guarantee as well.' He said that 10,000 posts would be filled in punjab police Department and the rest of the jobs would be in different departments, boards, and corporations. He said that jobs will be given based on merit.
