Creating history in the punjab Assembly elections, the aam aadmi party has won a landslide victory. It was only after this victory that it was announced that the oath of the Chief Minister's post would be taken at the martyr memorial of Bhagat Singh and not in Chandigarh. Now according to this announcement, preparations have also been started. 


1. Bhagat Singh's village in discussion

The new government of the aam aadmi party is about to start the punjab revolution from the village of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh. This is the reason that once again Bhagat Singh's village Khatkar Kalan is in the discussion.


2. Preparations for swearing-in are underway

These days preparations are going on in this village for the oath-taking ceremony of the chief minister of Punjab. Perhaps this will be the first time that a chief minister will take oath at a martyr's memorial.


3. The swearing-in ceremony will be held on march 16

 It is being told that on march 16, the chief minister will take oath here. On march 16, along with AAP MLAs, many VVIP people including delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal are expected to reach here.

4. Tents and other goods coming from Amritsar

Tent chairs and equipment have arrived from amritsar for the swearing-in. Five helipads are being built. It is expected that more than one lakh people will gather in this memorial of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. According to the administration, after many years such a big event is being organized here. The administrative staff of many districts around punjab is gearing up for preparations.

5. Preparations in Bhagat Singh's house also

Preparations are also being done in Bhagat Singh's house. His parents Kishan Singh and Vidyavati Kaur used to live here. His bed, utensils, and old well have been saved by making a monument.
